Shipping and return policies



1. Shipping


As everything is done by one person or by third party contributors, it may take 3-5 business days to process and manage your order for all products showing availability on the product page. From the moment the order and payment are confirmed, the order is taken over.

If the product is not available and needs to be made, it may take longer (maximum 10 days more).

Payment can be made online by debit / credit card, by paypal or by bank transfer.

1. 1 with SDA, for domestic shipping, Estimated standard shipping time * is 3-5 business days after order confirmation, but sometimes it may take a little longer. We are doing everything possible to ship within 3-5 business days and to notify you of any delays. Please contact us if there are any delays and you have not heard from us. For international shipments, the estimated delivery times are:

1 day for European Union countries

2 days for USA / Canada

2-3 days for the rest of the world


* for clarity the shipment refers to the moment in which the order is delivered to the courier. Please note that the delivery may be delayed by the courier during peak periods (Black Friday, the days before Christmas, Easter etc.). In that case, please consult the courier's website ( to get contact them. We're happy to help, so please let us know if you experience any delivery delays.


** as we are a handful of people processing, managing and preparing your orders, we are unable to deliver same day or next day orders; Please note that delivery may be delayed by the courier during peak periods (Black Friday, the days before Christmas, Easter, etc.)



** Orders over 70 euros have free shipping if paid for at the time of payment.


IMPORTANT - When shipping to someone else, please provide the recipient's phone number in the order comments as we cannot ship without it and your order may be delayed until we get the necessary information.



2. Returns



Returns are possible within 14 days of receiving the product, followed by a refund equal to the value of the product, excluding the shipping cost.


2.1. Return form


You can use the Return Form or follow the steps below to submit a return request.

If for any reason you cannot use the return form above, you can also contact us by e-mail at to express the request to return a product. We will contact you to request more details about your order so that we can identify it and process the return. Please include your Order ID in the email subject. After you contact us, we will start processing your request and you will be given instructions on how to proceed with returning the goods.


2.2. Return shipping cost


In the event that the return is not due to our error (e.g. wrong model, defective product, etc.) the buyer has the legal right to return the goods within 14 days from the date of delivery but the return shipping costs will be charged to the customer.


2.3. Reimbursement


After receiving and inspecting the returned goods, we will refund the cost, directly to the debit / credit card used for the initial purchase. If the returned item shows signs of wear, stains or is not in resalable condition, we reserve the right to refuse the return or to refund you only partially. In the meantime, if you wish to purchase another product, we recommend that you place a new order for the desired product. Due to the small nature of our business and stock changes, we are unable to do "product changes", but rather treat the return and new order separately. In the event that the return is not caused by our fault (wrong product / size / model or defects), the buyer will have to cover the return shipping costs and the value of the returned goods will be refunded. Initial shipping costs will not be refunded. In the event that the return is caused by errors such as incorrect part or product defects, we will also refund the initial shipping costs. 3. Coupons / coupons



3.1. What are the coupons?


Coupons are codes that you can use for discounts, free shipping or other benefits when completing an order.


3.2. Availability and validity of vouchers.


We may occasionally provide discount coupons in our newsletters, via social media accounts, business partners, etc. Each coupon type and validity details will be communicated when coupons are announced.
